Kein Vorhaben bzw. Standort gleicht dem anderen und selbst innerhalb eines Vorhabens macht die Vielfalt an Aufgaben meinen Job zu einer Herausforderung, aber gleichzeitig auch zu etwas Besonderem und Aufregendem. Auch die Betrachtung und Kombination verschiedenster Kompartimente eines Systems aus den verschiedenen Sichtweisen der Geologie, Umwelttechnik, Chemie, dem Bauwesen etc. und die Zusammensetzung dieser vielen einzelnen Puzzleteile zu einem Gesamtverst\u00e4ndnis f\u00fcr einen Standort sehe ich als spezielle und spannende Herausforderung an. Der t\u00e4gliche Zugewinn an Wissen zeigt, wie vielf\u00e4ltig und gleicherma\u00dfen herausfordernd der Job ist.\u201c<\/p>\n<p><strong>What motivates you to enjoy going to work every day?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201eMeine Antwort auf die vorhergehende Frage fasst das schon recht gut zusammen. Die st\u00e4ndige Herausforderung, das stetige \u201e\u00fcber sich hinauswachsen\u201c, die Abwechslung und Vielfalt des Jobs und der t\u00e4gliche Zugewinn an Wissen und neuen Erkenntnissen motiviert mich jeden Morgen aufs Fahrrad zu steigen und zur Arbeit zu radeln. Was mich ebenso jeden Tag antreibt ist der unglaubliche Teamspirit \u2013 gemeinsam Ziele zu verfolgen, Probleml\u00f6sungen zu erarbeiten und zum Ziel zu kommen, und das \u00fcber den eigenen Standort hinaus.
