Team (Snowman) Building bei M&P Nord<\/strong><\/h1>\n

In den letzten Monaten sind auch die Mitarbeiter der M&P Nord Gruppe gr\u00f6\u00dftenteils ins Homeoffice umgezogen, um der Ausbreitung des Coronavirus entgegenzuwirken. Die typischen Teamevents fallen daher leider aus.<\/p>\n

Das ist f\u00fcr uns aber kein Grund, auf \u201egemeinsame\u201c Aktionen zu verzichten. Und so haben wir den Schneeeinbruch in Norddeutschland kurzerhand zum Anlass genommen, um eine \u201eTeam Challenge\u201c ins Leben zu rufen.<\/p>\n

Die jeweiligen Gruppen aus #Hannover, #Hamburg und #Osnabr\u00fcck, sowie die Au\u00dfenstellen und die Mitarbeiter im Homeoffice haben ihre Mittagspause genutzt und sich ggf. mit dem n\u00f6tigen Abstand im Schnee kreativ auszutoben. Und nat\u00fcrlich ihr Fachwissen im Bereich Baugrund auf das n\u00e4chste Level zu heben.<\/p>\n

Das Ergebnis l\u00e4sst sich sehen: Wir verf\u00fcgen nun \u00fcber \u201eneue Kollegen\u201c, Techniker, Parkplatzw\u00e4chter sowie eine Outdoor-Kaffeebar.<\/p>\n
