Hierbei ist es unerheblich \u00fcber welche Anschlussart die Daten\u00fcbertragung realisiert wird.<\/p>\n<p>Der BUND f\u00f6rdert den Ausbau des Breitbandnetzes im privaten Bereich sofern die Anschlussgeschwindigkeit unter 30 MB\/s liegt.<\/p>\n<p>In Niedersachsen erfolgt die F\u00f6rderung des Breitbandausbaus in den Landkreisen und kreisfreien St\u00e4dten sowohl \u00fcber ein Wirtschaftlichkeitsl\u00fcckenmodell als auch \u00fcber ein Betreibermodell. Im August 2018 wurde vom Land Niedersachsen hierzu der Masterplan Digitalisierung verabschiedet, der die Strategie zur digitalen Transformation aufzeigt:<\/p>\n<p>\u201e<i>Grundlage eines gelungenen Transformationsprozesses in das digitale Zeitalter bildet eine leistungsf\u00e4hige Infrastruktur f\u00fcr alle Niedersachsen. Deshalb investieren wir in einer beispiellosen Ausbauoffensive in die digitale Infrastruktur. Unser Ziel ist eine vollst\u00e4ndige Versorgung aller Haushalte bis 2025 mit gigabitf\u00e4higen Anschl\u00fcssen.\u201c<\/i><\/p>\n<p>Das Breitbandzentrum Niedersachsen-Bremen (BZNB) informiert B\u00fcrger, Unternehmen und Kommunen in Niedersachsen und Bremen \u00fcber breitbandige Internetversorgung. Als Teil dieser Aufgabe betreibt das BZNB mehrere Atlanten, die unter anderem \u00fcber die Breitbandversorgung informiert. Dar\u00fcber hinaus wird ein Baustellen- und Lehrrohrkataster gepflegt, in welches Gemeinden Baustellen und Leerrohre im kommunalen Besitz einpflegen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Der Breitbandatlas Niedersachsen bildet die Breitbandzug\u00e4nge im Land Niedersachsen so detailliert wie m\u00f6glich ab. Der Breitbandatlas ist in seiner Detailtreue einzigartig f\u00fcr die deutschen Bundesl\u00e4nder.<\/li>\n<li>Der Baustellenatlas mit Leerrohrkataster erg\u00e4nzt den Breitbandatlas Niedersachsen und zeigt Synergiepotentiale f\u00fcr den Breitbandausbau auf. Ein wichtiger Punkt hierf\u00fcr ist das Potential f\u00fcr Mitverlegungen.
