Daraus resultieren m\u00f6gliche Altstandorte, Altablagerungen und Altlasten. Nach Bundesbodenschutzgesetz (BBodSchG) werden diese unterschieden in:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>stillgelegte Abfallbeseitigungsanlagen sowie sonstige Grundst\u00fccke, auf denen Abf\u00e4lle behandelt, gelagert oder abgelagert worden sind (Altablagerungen), und<\/li>\n<li>Grundst\u00fccke stillgelegter Anlagen und sonstige Grundst\u00fccke, auf denen mit umweltgef\u00e4hrdenden Stoffen umgegangen worden ist, durch die sch\u00e4dliche Bodenver\u00e4nderungen oder sonstige Gefahren f\u00fcr den einzelnen oder die Allgemeinheit hervorgerufen werden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Der Begriff \u201eAltlast\u201c wird erst dann verwendet, wenn die Gefahr durch entsprechende Untersuchungen und Bewertungen festgestellt wurde.<\/p>\n<p>Die Mull und Partner Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH wurde mit der Orientierenden Untersuchung einer Altlastenverdachtsfl\u00e4che im Landkreis Osnabr\u00fcck beauftragt.<\/p>\n<p>Anhand von Bodenuntersuchungen wurde verschiedenstes Verf\u00fcllmaterial (Bauschutt, Schlacke, Kohle, Gr\u00fcnschnitt, usw.) festgestellt und die Ablagerung weitestgehend abgegrenzt. Weiterhin konnte eine m\u00f6gliche Gef\u00e4hrdung des Grundwassers nicht ausgeschlossen werden.
