This will create a commercial area south of the A20 motorway with approx. 35 hectares of net commercial space. The area covered by development plan no. 15.04.00 \"Kronsforder Landstra\u00dfe south of the A20 motorway\" is located on the south-western outskirts of the Hanseatic city of L\u00fcbeck. The area consists of several areas previously used for agricultural purposes, some of which are bordered by hedgerows with tree plantations or small forests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The development work is currently being put out to tender EU-wide in an open procedure. The content of the tender is the construction of the public development of traffic, drainage and supply media for the new industrial estate with a total of 5 planned roads, 2 junctions to connect to Kronsforder Landstra\u00dfe and the construction of 2 rainwater retention basins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The specifications are divided into a total of 13 titles with services for earthworks and road construction, the construction of wastewater and rainwater sewers, the construction of a temporary drainage system, the construction of two rainwater retention basins and emergency waterways. Furthermore, civil engineering works for traffic light systems, street lighting and electricity cable construction are to be carried out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
