Since 2020, Mull und Partner has been supporting the planned Refurbishment<\/a> and the subsequent\u00a0Dismantling<\/a>\u00a0of the former state laboratory in a prominent location right next to the capital's main railway station.<\/span><\/p>\n

Last year, a detailed building survey was carried out with comprehensive sampling and updating of the pollutant register with motivation for demolition. After numerous consultations with public bodies, neighbours and authorities as well as a detailed renovation and demolition concept, the tender for the trade was issued.
