Sometimes you need to have studied psychology rather than civil engineering.\"<\/p>\n What motivates you to enjoy going to work every day?<\/strong><\/p>\n \"My dear colleagues, of course, and the daily changing challenges.\"<\/p>\n Why does our slogan \"Engineering for a Better Tomorrow\" fit with what you do at M&P?<\/strong><\/p>\n \"As I have been involved in renovation, conversion, refurbishment and revitalisation since I started working at T&P, we make one of the biggest contributions to saving (grey) energy. The long-term utilisation of buildings reduces the primary energy requirement many times over compared to a new building.
