A warm welcome to our three new trainees!<\/p>\n
We are delighted that three new trainees joined the company at the beginning of the month.\u00a0M&P Group<\/a>\u00a0have started. As part of the programme, our trainees get to know different locations, teams and subject areas, while each trainee has a specific focus: Nele works in the Soil division and Madalena in Geotechnics. Johannes strengthens our team in the area of climate and environmental protection.<\/p>\n The three of them have now been with us for a week and we asked them what new things they have learnt in their first week with us. Johannes says: \"What has been particularly new for me so far is the exciting conceptualisation work for the strategy of the very young Go.Blue.Now. GmbH\". Nele reports: \"In the first week, I learnt how to acquire new projects and that you often have to prove that you are suitable for a job before you are allowed to make an offer\". Madalena also had an important experience: \"I learnt that you shouldn't be intimidated on the construction site\".<\/p>\n Exciting insights for just one week!
