TEAM THURSDAY: Our new trainees in the fields of environment, soil and geotechnics have been with us for two months and are already a permanent part of our teams in Munich, Berlin and Osnabrück.

At the start of the programme, we asked them what they expected from the trainee programme. Madalena had the following wishes: "I hope to get to know different teams, different tasks and subject areas and thus gain a better insight into the connections between these areas and the job profile as a whole." Johannes would like to "get to know the different subject areas and working methods as well as a colourful variety of external companies".

Nele, who works in the Soil division, has applied for the trainee programme at M&P Group for the following reason: "I think that the trainee programme is the perfect transition between studying and working life, as you are already entering professional life, but the focus is still on expanding your knowledge and gaining experience." We think so too! And the good news is: we are currently looking for trainees again who can start with us in November!
