• What was your day like yesterday?   

In the morning on the construction site, this time an office extension, followed by a big team meeting for our regular project and capacity planning. In the afternoon, project organisation, coordination and agreement with our specialist planners and finally execution planning for one of our larger conversion projects.

• What is the best thing about your job?

The diverse and varied projects that constantly present you with new and exciting challenges. No two days are the same, you work on all project phases, are in contact with many different people, with the client, on the construction site, with the authorities and you learn something new with every project.

• What strengths do you need for your job?

Flexibility, motivation and a desire to get to grips with a wide variety of projects and problems. Not afraid of new tasks and enjoy interacting with other people and working in a team.

• What career aspirations did you have as a child?

In kindergarten, my dream job was to be a pilot. I was fascinated by aeroplanes and loved flying them.
