What is the challenge of your job at M&P?
"Every project and every construction project is unique - no two issues are the same. Individual tasks require individual solutions that need to be developed. The particular challenge for me lies in supporting projects from different perspectives, applying the experience and expertise I have gained to new issues in the best possible way and at the same time not losing sight of the project goals."
What motivates you to enjoy going to work every day?
"The fun at work and solving a wide range of tasks together with a great team. The collegial and informal atmosphere is a top priority, despite the fast pace of life. At the same time, you have the opportunity to develop as a person, contribute your own ideas and help shape unique projects."
