DE Continuous training, networking and the exchange of experience and knowledge are part of our day-to-day work in order to keep our finger on the pulse of the industry and constantly improve.
So it goes without saying that we will be attending the BDFWT (Bund Deutscher Feuerwerker und Wehrtechniker e.V.) Explosive Ordnance Disposal Conference in Bad Kissingen on 13 and 14 March 2023. The meeting of representatives from engineering offices, commercial explosive ordnance disposal, manufacturers, research and authorities, among others, is not only an opportunity to exchange ideas with each other, but also an opportunity to develop cooperation.
In addition to the interesting presentations and impulses from various parts of the industry, this year our Managing Director Karsten Helms, together with Martin Kötter from IFAH GbR, gave a presentation on the topic of the effects of energy inputs during earthworks on neighbouring properties. This is an important topic that urgently needs to be discussed in the industry in order to facilitate applicable and standardised approaches to the issue in Germany.
At the evening event, there was of course plenty of time to discuss the day's topics over dinner and a cold drink or two and to make new connections.
We look forward to the next event with new impulses, developments and progress.
