The project includes additional pollutant investigations, expert support for the remediation of pollutants, deconstruction, gutting and excavation and is expected to run from 2020 until summer 2022. The client is a full-service property manager and the project is being carried out by M&P Düsseldorf in cooperation with M&P Berlin. The scope includes comprehensive inspections for contaminants, expert support during the remediation process and the systematic demolition and excavation of structures with special attention to environmental and safety aspects.
