The 3rd nationwide Digital Day is taking place today: With numerous activities, various aspects of digitalisation as well as opportunities and challenges will be examined. One thing is certain for us: digitalisation and sustainability go together!
We see digitalisation as a tool for achieving sustainability at
- more ecological,
- social,
- economic and
- political and social level
to move forward. Digital technologies will act as a catalyst to accelerate the development of sustainable solutions:
- As an individual solution, but also as a network. For example, in the form of digital citizen participation in political and social issues.
- Concerning just one sector, but also across sectors. For example, on issues relating to the energy transition.
- At local authority level, but also taking into account issues at federal or EU level. For example, challenges relating to sustainable urban development.
