TEAM THURSDAY: Last week, we once again held our biannual trainee week at Lake Tegernsee. The existing trainees from the Construction, Development and Water divisions met the new trainees from the Soil, Geotechnics and Environment divisions. The focus was on getting to know the M&P Group and each other.
After a welcome and introduction to the company, our CEO Florian von Tucher presented the Group's vision for the future. This was followed by a workshop on the Group-wide project management software Sharesuite. The new trainees were able to apply what they had learnt directly.
After an introduction to @Go.Blue.Now, everyone went on a boat trip together to explore Lake Tegernsee. Of course, a visit to the Tegernsee Bräustüberl was not to be missed.
