In the south of Lübeck along Kronsforder Landstraße and south of the A20 motorway, KWL GmbH, a subsidiary of the Hanseatic City of Lübeck, is currently developing a new industrial estate with a net area of around 35 hectares - the Semiramis business park.
M&P is managing the site development on behalf of KWL and has been commissioned with the project management for the commercial area development since the start of the project in 2017, for which the existing land use plan first had to be amended and a new development plan drawn up.
On 19 May 2022, the city council of the Hanseatic City of Lübeck confirmed the legal validity of the development plan with the resolution on the articles of association. Preparations are now being made for the release of the amendment to the land use plan by the state of Schleswig-Holstein.
At the same time, the development planning for the planned roads and the supply and disposal lines has already begun by specialist planning offices and investigations are currently being carried out on site in order to have the planned areas archaeologically examined in good time before the start of construction. The first commercial operations are scheduled to commence at the beginning of 2024.
M&P will also be responsible for project management for the developer during the further planning process and the subsequent construction of the development.
