"Helpful, pragmatic, rarely in a bad mood, always available."
What is the special challenge of your job at T&P?
"The realisation of the planning with many people involved on the construction site and the coordination of all the trades with each other. Sometimes you need to have studied psychology rather than civil engineering."
What motivates you to enjoy going to work every day?
"My dear colleagues, of course, and the daily changing challenges."
Why does our slogan "Engineering for a Better Tomorrow" fit with what you do at M&P?
"As I have been involved in renovation, conversion, refurbishment and revitalisation since I started working at T&P, we make one of the biggest contributions to saving (grey) energy. The long-term utilisation of buildings reduces the primary energy requirement many times over compared to a new building. This potential for the long-term utilisation of buildings must continue to be developed, even if we have to make the odd compromise compared to new builds."
